Print. You may print a copy of the Diocese of Northwest Texas packet regarding funerals for clergy here.  Please print on the document, keep one copy for yourself and send the original the Bishop's office for your file.

Consent for Marriage after Divorce

• Once you have downloaded the form, type in your responses, save the document  and email to Elizabeth Jones in the Bishop's office (ejones@nwtdiocese.org).
